SYSTR is registered in Australia under ABN 67382761759, the name Victoria Richter and is based in Tweed Heads, NSW, Australia. By placing an order, you confirm that you are an adult. All products sold are physical activewear items.

2. Orders and Payment

  • Orders are processed via our website, including all usual payment methods available through Shopify and PayPal.
  • Prices are in AUD and are payable at the time of purchase.
  • GST is not collected.

3. Shipping

  • We currently ship within Australia only.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and paid by the customer.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier. 

4. Returns and Refunds

  • You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your goods.
  • Returned items must be sent at your own cost and include all original labels and polybags intact.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SYSTR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in relation to any order or purchase is limited to the purchase price paid for the product.
